About Us

Our Operating Model

Why should you pay for a bullpen of jr. creatives?

A new market requires a new model. You shouldn't have to pay agency fees that are bloated with ostentatious overhead.

Moon March serves as a creative ecosystem, building teams around projects – teams of award-winning, exclusive members each with over 10 years of experience. We have worked with the likes of Google, Reebok, Advil, Disney, Nike, AT&T, Viacom, Ciroc, and more. This model grants you access to world-class talent, free from exorbitant fees.

Why are so many agencies allergic to having a process?

Contrary to what some may tell you, creativity does not thrive in chaos. Just like freedom needs laws, creativity flourishes with structure. That's why each team has a lead strategist to ensure all client-facing communication is streamlined and why each project follows a well-defined process.

We Limit our Workload to six projects simultaneously

Our aim isn't to become the biggest agency on planet earth. We've worked at those, and... well... they're terrible. Our goal is to build amazing things for awesome clients. So, we keep it small on purpose. We limit the amount of annual work so we can give each client the full attention they deserve and not water down our talent pool.

Josh Chambers

Founder & CEO

My career started as a professional hockey player at the age of 17. Sixteen broken bones later – including one fractured skull – it was time for a change.

As one does, I obtained a degree in International Development, moved to Latin America, and joined a human rights organization where I had two life-changing realizations: I was spending more on a latte than many of my friends earned in a day, and I was extraordinarily good at crafting stories that inspired action.

I became an award-winning creative working with the likes of Google, PUMA, Reebok, Viacom, IMG, and Advil. After several years, I set sail as an entrepreneur founding Earmark, a financial technology company that was named CNN's top 15 financial products of 2013. Upon exiting in 2015, I started Moon March on a quest to make the world a better place through creativity.

When I’m not Moon Marching, I’m spending my time trying very hard not to mess up my amazing kids, reading sci-fi, and listening to great music.
